CONTACT
Contact A-Squad
One mailbox, read by the people who built the game. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in front of it, so a clear subject line and a little detail go a long way.
We aim to reply within a few business days. Bugs that stop people playing get looked at first; ideas and hockey arguments are welcome and get answered when we can.
Bug reports: what helps
The more of this you include, the faster we can find it.
The page address, or the challenge code if it happened in a challenge.
Whether you were playing as a guest or signed in.
Your device and browser, or the app if you are on a phone.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is ideal.
Roughly when, in Eastern time. We keep server logs briefly and the time lets us find yours.
Never send a password; there are none in A-Squad, only email codes and passkeys. If you think you have found a way to cheat a board, please tell us quietly rather than using it. We would much rather fix it than ban anyone, and the fair play section of the terms says the same.
Privacy rights
To access, export, correct or delete your data, the fastest route is the Account screen in the app, which has export and delete buttons that work on the spot. If you would rather write, put privacy in the subject line and we treat the clock as starting the day it arrives. We answer within 30 days, or 45 in California, and we verify a request by confirming you control the account email. Guests keep their data on their own device, so there is nothing on our side to match a request against. The privacy policy lists every right and the button for each.
Copyright
Notices and counter-notices about copyrighted material go to the same mailbox with copyright in the subject line. The copyright section of the terms explains what a notice has to contain and what happens next. Player names and statistics are facts of the public record and are not what this process is for.
Phone and post
We do not have a phone line, and we do not handle general correspondence by mail. The company’s registered address is printed at the end of the Terms and the Privacy Policy for formal legal notices only; anything sent there other than a legal notice will simply reach us slower than the email above would have.
